And for those that had difficult childhoods, healthy relationships can seem totally out of reach at times. Whether you're struggling with communication dynamics, troubling reactivity, or habitual patterns like pulling away, therapy can help.

I can teach you new tools for managing difficult emotions and reactivity and help you discover what needs to shift in your current relationships. If your challenges are rooted in relational trauma, we can utilize somatic work or EMDR to help open those places up. I can teach you communication skills and I can also guide you in alternative ways of responding to challenging situations. As a fellow human who also navigates lots of relationships, I understand how challenging it can be to stay centered and open with others and offer you the therapeutic relationship as one place to practice being open and trusting another.
